Our Cancellation Policy:

  1. If you’ve selected to collect your order from our shop, you can cancel your order within 2 working days from the order confirmation date. Simply call us during our working hours to initiate the cancellation process.
  2. If you’ve selected Home Delivery or Pick-up from an ACS office, you have the option to cancel your order before the product is handed over to the delivery service. Once the product is dispatched, your order status will be updated automatically, and cancellation will no longer be possible. However, you can still return the product following our Returns Policy if needed.

 

Cancellation Policy for nxt.cy

1. Right to Cancel You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

2. To Exercise the Right to Cancel To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us by sending us an email at info@nxt.cy of your decision to cancel your purchase. (Please attach the invoice)

3. Effects of Cancellation Upon cancellation of this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, not including delivery costs, without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to cancel the purchase. We will perform the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Note on Sealed Goods: For the supply of sealed products or sealed computer software, which were unsealed after delivery, the right to cancel ceases to be available.

4. Return of Goods You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay, and in any event, not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your cancellation to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning these goods.

5. Liability for Diminished Value of Goods You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality. We advise handling the goods with care and returning them in their original packaging with all accessories.
