Physical Shop Purchases:

  • Return Period: You may return all products within 7 days of delivery.
  • Control Criteria: Products must meet the control criteria set by our technical department.

Online Shop Purchases:

  • Return Period: You have 14 days from the day of the withdrawal request to return products.
  • Withdrawal Request: The withdrawal request must be sent within 14 working days from the date of receipt or delivery of the product.
  • Handling of Products: You have the right to carefully open and handle the product to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and function, similar to our physical shop. However, if the product shows signs of use beyond what’s necessary for inspection, you may be responsible for a reduction in its value.

Exceptions to Returns:

  • No refunds or exchanges for:
    • Delivery and/or installation charges.
    • Battered or damaged products.
    • Used products.
    • Customized products (for example, a custom PC).
    • Products unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed.
    • Products inseparably mixed with other elements.
    • Products for which the buyer placed a special order.

Online Purchases:

  • Upon delivery, customers must inspect the product for external defects. Defects must be reported within 14 calendar days.
  • Aesthetic defects reported within the specified period will be replaced promptly.

Right of Withdrawal:

  • Customers reserve the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date of service contract conclusion or product delivery.
  • Withdrawal must be made in writing or electronically, and we will confirm receipt promptly.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of product receipt, using the original payment method.

Exceptions to Withdrawal:

  • Not applicable for products purchased in our physical shop.
  • Not applicable for used products, unsealed video & audio products, software, hygiene products, and products used for professional activity.

Returns Process:

  • Products must be returned in the condition received with all original components and packaging.
  • Refunds or replacements will be issued upon inspection and confirmation of defects.

Defective on Arrival (DOA) Returns:

  • Products found defective upon delivery must be reported within 10 calendar days.
  • Returns will be accepted if the product is undamaged and includes all original documents and accessories.
  • Replacement or refund will be provided promptly upon confirmation of defects.

Warranty:

  • Our products come with a written guarantee of good operation for a reasonable duration.
  • Warranty conditions apply based on the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
