The Ubiquiti Mobile Router Ultra is a wireless router supporting Wi-Fi 4 in the 2.4 GHz band, including IEEE 802.11 b/g/n protocols. The maximum theoretical wireless connection throughput is 150 Mbps (SISO). The device features an integrated LTE Cat. 4 modem, with a theoretical download speed of 150 Mbps and an upload speed of 50 Mbps. The router includes 2 Fast Ethernet ports (10/100 Mbps), consisting of 1 WAN port and 1 Passthrough/LAN port. It supports automatic failover (switching in case of connection failure) between LTE, WAN, and Wi-Fi. The package includes 3 external antennas: the mobile antennas have SMA connectors, while the Wi-Fi antenna has an RP-SMA connector. If needed, the antennas can be replaced with more powerful ones. The manufacturer has designed the device with a durable polycarbonate and aluminum casing, capable of operating in a wide temperature range from -30 to 70°C. Using the included mount, you can install the router on a wall or a DIN rail. Power can be supplied via a USB-C port or a 4-pin DC connector, though no power adapter is included in the package. This product is an excellent solution for various IoT connections, especially in challenging locations where standard connections are unavailable, thanks to its LTE modem. The failover function ensures uninterrupted operation, while site-to-site VPN and VPN client support allow the router to connect to the main network.
