  • Pre-Crimped Brass End Buckles: Arrives cut to precise length with factory-installed brass terminal crimps on both ends, allowing direct hooking into the X-axis printhead carriage slots without manual trimming or crimping.
  • GT2 Tooth Profile (2 mm Pitch): Features standard 2 mm tooth spacing designed to mesh seamlessly with the X-axis stepper motor pulley and tensioner idler wheel, ensuring zero tooth skipping or backlash.
  • Dimensional Stability for High Speeds: Engineered to maintain structural rigidity under the rapid direction shifts and high-speed motion profiles used by Anycubic OS.

Maintenance & Care Tips

  • Check Belt Tension Regularly: Pluck the X-axis belt like a guitar string; it should produce a low, clear bass tone without sagging. A loose belt causes layer shifting and ringing/ghosting, while an overly tight belt strains the stepper motor and accelerates wear.
  • Inspect for Fraying: Periodically check the edges of the rubber belt for fuzzy fraying or black rubber dust accumulating near the tensioner pulley, which indicates misalignment along the aluminum extrusion.
  • Re-Tensioning Procedure: Loosen the tensioner knob on the right side of the X-axis gantry, loop the brass crimped ends into the carriage slots, and adjust the tensioner dial until taut before running an Input Shaping / Vibration Compensation test.
